Lynn L. Robinson is the Principal of Lynn Robinson Law. Her law practice provides representation in several practice areas, which include personal injury, criminal law, domestic relations, family law, and estate planning law
Ms. Robinson received her Bachelors of Arts degree from the Trinity University located in Washington, D.C. and her Juris doctorate from American University’s Washington College of Law. Following law school, Robinson served in the Administration of Virginia Governor Jim Gilmore and was detailed to work in the Department of Housing and Community Development. Following her time with the Gilmore Administration, she served as an attorney for Central Virginia Legal Aid. She transition from legal aid into her private law practice.
Robinson has been or is a member of several local and state bars. These bars include the Virginia State Bar, Greater Richmond Juvenile Bar Association, Hill/Tucker Bar Association and Old Dominion Bar Association. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar’s Family Law and Criminal Law Divisions.
She is admitted to practice before the Virginia state courts, including the Court of Appeals and Virginia Supreme Court. She is also admitted to practice before the United States Bankruptcy Court, United States District Court- Eastern District, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Since 2000, Robinson has remained a passionate advocate for people across the Commonwealth. She is an aggressive and knowledgeable advocate, who prides herself in providing close personal attention to her clients and their cases.
